Udaipur: BCI Yuva Investor Connect 2026 was organised at IIM Udaipur with the objective of strengthening the startup and investment ecosystem in Rajasthan. As many as 350 startups from across the country registered for the event, while around 200 participants attended the programme in person.
Mukesh Madhavani, Founder and Chairman, BCI, said startups from Rajasthan as well as Gujarat, Delhi, Noida, Jaipur and other cities participated in the event. Selected startups presented their business models, ideas and future plans before investors and industry experts and outlined their funding requirements.
Meenakshi Paliwal, President, BCI Yuva, said the event brought together investors, corporate leaders, chartered accountants, finance experts, industry representatives and startup mentors from India and abroad. Participants included Meghna Dixit of Maven Consultancy, Dubai; CA Vaishali Khetan, CFO, Khetan Group; Anil Kumar Tulsidas, Director – Strategic Management; Mayank Agrawal, CEO, IAN; Roshan Jain, CFO, GMCH; Wing Commander Dr Praveen Thapar; Manish Paliwal, Founder, Bio Core; Mukesh Kumar; Brijesh Hirat; Narayan Gurjar; and Hemendra Telsara of IIM Udaipur, among others. Anand Gupta, Director, Aravali Group of Hospitals, attended the programme as a special guest.
Several startups, including Bihar Brand, Loopa Burg, Finonest, M Wellness Bazaar, Grow Part, Indevotion, Hourly Hotel Deal and Exam A, presented their business models during the event. Based on the presentations and information shared by the startups, discussions were held on potential funding opportunities, subject to further due diligence.
BCI Discusses National Expansion
BCI Founder and Chairman Mukesh Madhavani shared details of the organisation’s plans to expand its network across India, along with the networks already established in various cities. He outlined the strategy to bring more investors, startups and industry experts onto a common platform.
He said BCI would work towards creating more opportunities for startups to connect with investors through new city-based networks and initiatives in the coming years.
Vision to Build a Strong Startup Ecosystem in Udaipur
Meenakshi Paliwal, President, BCI Yuva and Director, Aarambh, shared the vision of developing a strong and active startup ecosystem in Udaipur. She said efforts have already been made to connect startups and investors from different sectors and cities, with plans to further expand the network.
She said Aarambh aims to go beyond organising individual events and work continuously towards providing startups with the right network, mentorship and opportunities—from the early stages through investment and business growth.
Expansion Planned Beyond Rajasthan
Rohit Paliwal, Vice President, BCI Yuva and Director, Aarambh, shared details of the organisation’s existing startup network, entrepreneurs participating from different cities and future expansion plans. He said Aarambh would expand its network and activities to other states along with strengthening its presence in Rajasthan.
Udaipur Poised to Strengthen Its Startup and Investment Network
Meenakshi Paliwal said BCI Yuva Investor Connect 2026 provided a broad platform for dialogue between startups and investors in Udaipur. Going forward, the focus will be on connecting startups from Udaipur and Rajasthan with investors across the country and creating opportunities for funding, mentorship and business growth.
