### Discussion on Waste Management at Bhallon Ka Guda School

**Udaipur,  On the occasion of Guru Purnima, Kashti Foundation organized a special session on waste management at the Government Senior Secondary School, Bhallon Ka Guda. The session was led by Ashima Goyal Siraj, co-founder of Urban Farms Udaipur, and aimed at inspiring young students to take active steps towards a clean and green future. The chief guest, ASP Anjana Sukhwal, encouraged students to maintain cleanliness and work towards environmental protection. She also shed light on efforts needed to build a successful career.

**Call to Become Waste Warriors**

Kashti Foundation head Shraddha Murdia informed that the main speaker, Ashima, is a graduate of IIT Bombay and the London School of Economics, and has been practicing organic farming in Udaipur for the past two years. Ashima conducted an interactive session on waste management with students from classes 9 to 12, providing detailed insights into the critical issue of waste management in India. She urged students to become waste warriors by segregating waste and adopting sustainable habits like the 3 Rs: Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. Following the session, a "Best Out of Waste" competition was organized. 

In her address, Principal Prerna Nosalia welcomed the guests and encouraged students to work for the benefit of society and the nation, inspired by such programs. Creative teacher and artisan Hemant Joshi also addressed the program, motivating the students. Vice Principal Sumanlata Vaya shared her thoughts as well. The program included cultural performances by the girls, and it was conducted by Sushma Sharma and Chitra Gaur.
