Udaipur: International crystal glass artist Dr. Waqar Hussain from Udaipur, along with his son Aman Hussain, paid a courtesy visit to Maharaja Gaj Singh of Jodhpur at Umaid Bhawan Palace.
During the meeting, the Maharaja appreciated the intricate craftsmanship of Dr. Hussain, especially a finely detailed 5 mm crystal glass sculpture of Lord Ganesha created in a special posture based on traditional scriptures. He also admired a crystal artwork set depicting seven horses and showed keen interest in learning more about the art of crystal craftsmanship.
On this occasion, Aman Hussain presented a handcrafted idol of Lord Ram Lalla made from black crystal glass to the Maharaja. Impressed by the artwork, the Maharaja praised the young artist and blessed him for a successful future in his artistic journey.
