Villagers Receive Immediate Benefits at Gram Uthan Camps

Udaipur: Under the Gram Uthan Abhiyan, launched at the initiative of Chief Minister Mr. Bhajanlal Sharma to ensure farmers and the general public benefit from various government schemes, Gram Uthan camps were organized on Saturday across 11 Girdawar Circle areas in the district. At these camps, beneficiaries received direct assistance from schemes of 12 departments, including agriculture, animal husbandry, and more. The camps were held at Barapal, Paduna, Palanakala, Daroli, Kundai, Nandeshma, Mandwa, Ogna, Jawas, Dairy, and Losing Girdawar Circles. Departments participating included Agriculture, Horticulture, Agricultural Marketing, Dairy, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Cooperatives, Water Resources, Energy, Industry, Rural Development, and Panchayati Raj. During the camps, several activities and benefits were facilitated: * Verification and distribution of soil health cards and seed mini-kits. * Approvals under schemes like Tarbandi, Pipeline, Farm Pond, and Bullock-Powered Farming Incentives. * Approvals for sprinklers, drip irrigation, plastic mulch, solar pump plants, and applications under the Chief Minister Krishak Sathi Assistance Scheme. * Distribution of ownership cards, identification of canal and watercourse repair needs, registration under the Pradhan Mantri Suryaghar Free Electricity Scheme, and facilitation of youth self-employment programs. The immediate provision of benefits brought smiles to the faces of farmers, reflecting the program’s impact. CEO Inspects the Camps Riya Dabi, Chief Executive Officer of the District Council, visited Jawas on Saturday to inspect the Gram Uthan Camp. She reviewed the departmental stalls and the services being provided, and instructed the officials to ensure that all eligible beneficiaries received the schemes’ benefits. Upcoming Camps Under the campaign, Gram Uthan Camps will be held on Sunday, February 1, in Bambora, Mavli, Khairoda, Vas, Mamer, Kolyari, and Makardev.
