Sri Ganganagar: State Vice President of the Akhil Bharatiya Safai Mazdoor Congress Union, Umesh Valmiki, and District President Anil Dhariwal have submitted a memorandum to Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, urging the state government to extend the application deadline for the Rajasthan Safai Karmachari Recruitment 2026.
Umesh Valmiki and Anil Dhariwal said that candidates applying for the recruitment are required to possess an experience certificate, which must be issued before the current application deadline of September 28, 2026. They further stated that experience certificates issued before August 1, 2026, are not being considered valid under the recruitment process.
The union pointed out that the issuance of experience certificates by local bodies is not progressing at the required pace, leaving many eligible candidates without the necessary certificates.
The union representatives said that if the September 28 deadline remains unchanged, delays in issuing experience certificates could prevent a large number of eligible candidates from applying for the recruitment.
They urged the Chief Minister to extend the application deadline so that candidates with the required experience have sufficient time to obtain their certificates and complete the application process.
The union expressed hope that the state government would consider the demand positively in the interest of eligible candidates and extend the application deadline.
