Udaipur: Mewar Legends emerged champions of the Udaipur Premier League (UPL) Season 3 after defeating Chetak Spartans by eight wickets in an exciting final. The winning team delivered an impressive all-round performance, combining disciplined bowling with confident batting to secure the title.
Batting first, Chetak Spartans set a target of 101 runs. Mewar Legends chased down the target with a composed yet aggressive approach, sealing a convincing victory and lifting the trophy in the tournament's third season.
Mewar Legends' Sher Singh was named Player of the Match for his outstanding bowling effort. He claimed three wickets while conceding just 23 runs in his four-over spell, playing a crucial role in restricting Chetak Spartans from posting a bigger total.
During the closing ceremony, organisers Prateek Parihar and Anirudh Sankhla, along with other contributors and sports officials, were honoured with mementoes in recognition of their efforts. The organisers expressed gratitude to all supporters, sponsors and partners who contributed to the successful conduct of the tournament.
