38th District-Level Teacher Sports and Cultural Competition Begins

Udaipur– The 38th District-Level Teacher Sports and Cultural Competition was inaugurated at Rau Mavi Nai, Girwa, Udaipur, under the direction of the Director of the Primary Education Department, Rajasthan. The event was graced by the chief guest, Udaipur Rural MLA Phool Singh Meena. Principal Mrs. Neelima Sharma welcomed the attendees and provided details about the competition.

The MLA encouraged all participants, emphasizing that this occasion symbolizes mutual camaraderie, bringing teachers together to engage in various activities of their interest. He kicked off the competition by serving in the first volleyball match.

The cultural segment began with a solo singing performance. MLA representative Badri Lal Chaudhary was also present on this occasion.

Local physical educator Leeladhar Nagda, along with the entire staff, ensured smooth registration and organization of the games, which was appreciated by the MLA. Deepak Bhanawat and Yugal Kishore Sharma from the office of the District Education Officer (Primary) provided detailed information about the competition.

Over the two-day tournament, various events will be held for men, including athletics (100m, 200m, 400m, 4x100m relay), long jump, high jump, shot put (16 lbs), football, kabaddi, and cultural activities such as light music, group singing, solo performances, and traditional costumes. 

For women, events will include volleyball, badminton, table tennis, cultural activities (light music, group singing, group dance, solo dance), and athletics (100m, 200m, 400m, 4x100m relay, long jump, high jump, shot put (12 lbs)). Selected participants will represent at the state-level competition.
