What Now Launches Youth Ambassador Program

Rajasthan Becomes the Center of India’s Cyber Safety Movement

Jaipur,  The statewide campaign recently launched in Rajasthan against cyber harassment and online bullying has received an overwhelming response. Continuous calls are being made to What Now’s helpline number +91-9019115115 from across the state, with people seeking legal support, emotional assistance, and urgent intervention. This rising demand highlights the urgent need for an accessible cyber safety ecosystem, especially for students and young people.

In response, What Now is preparing to launch its flagship Youth Ambassador Program in Rajasthan. Under this initiative, college students will be trained as digital first responders, enabling them to support victims and promote safe digital practices among their peers.

Founder Niti Goel stated, “The calls haven’t stopped. It reflects how deeply needed this support is on the ground.”
Co-founder and legal strategist Akshat Khetan added, “We are building a system where no victim is left alone—supported by a trained network of empathetic young peers.”

Aneka Goel, Global Youth Ambassador for What Now, will lead this initiative in Rajasthan, while Avyay Goel will focus on increasing grassroots participation and student engagement.

The program will emphasize cyber law education, emotional first aid, reporting protocols, and peer-led mentoring. The goal is to establish Digital Safety Cells across Rajasthan’s colleges by mid-2025.

Rajasthan is now emerging as the epicenter of this national cyber safety movement—not just a campaign, but a growing people-powered revolution for digital security and youth empowerment.
