Udaipur |Defence Minister of India, Shri Rajnath Singh, was accorded a warm welcome at Maharana Pratap Airport, Dabok, on Monday by public representatives and senior administrative officials.
The Defence Minister arrived at around 11:30 AM in a special Indian Air Force aircraft. He was received by Tribal Regional Development Minister Babulal Kharadi, Revenue Minister and District In-charge Hemant Meena, Chittorgarh MP C.P. Joshi, Udaipur MLA Tarachand Jain, Vallabhnagar MLA Udaylal Dangi, Salumber MLA Shanta Meena, Former Deputy Mayor Paras Singhvi, social workers Pramod Samar, Bhanwar Singh, Takhat Singh, Gajpal Singh, ADM (Administration) Dipendra Singh, ADM (City) War Singh, and IPS trainee Manish Kumar, among others.
Soon after arrival, Shri Singh departed for Abu Road via Indian Air Force helicopter to attend a scheduled event. After participating in the programme, he returned to Dabok by helicopter in the afternoon.
On his return, he was welcomed by social workers Chandragupt Singh Chauhan, Nanalal Ahari, Former Mayor Rajni Dangi, Chandrasingh Kothari, Kanhaiyalal Meena, Deepak Sharma, Mangilal Joshi, Dinesh Sharma, and several others.
Later, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh departed for New Delhi by a special military aircraft.
