Mumbai, Following the successful launch of the Kushaq Kodiaq facelift, Škoda Auto India has introduced the all-new second-generation Skoda Kodiaq in India. This luxury 4x4 SUV blends elegance, practicality, and robust off-road capabilities, offering seven-seat flexibility, advanced technology, and refined driving dynamics.
Brand Director Petr Janeba stated, “After Kushaq’s launch and strong sales support from Slavia, March marked our highest-ever monthly sales in India. The all-new Kodiaq reaffirms Škoda’s commitment to offering premium, tech-forward products, and stands alongside legends like Octavia and Superb.”
Powerful Engine and Advanced Platform
The new Kodiaq is equipped with a 2.0 TSI engine delivering 150 kW power and 320 Nm torque, paired with a 7-speed DSG automatic transmission. Built on the MQB37 EVO platform, it’s available in two variants – Sportline and Selection L&K, both offering 7-seater configurations.
Assembled in India
Assembled at Škoda’s Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar facility, the Kodiaq offers a certified mileage of 14.86 km/l (ARAI).
Spacious and Versatile
The second-generation Kodiaq is 59 mm longer than its predecessor, with a total length of 4,758 mm, height of 1,679 mm, width of 1,864 mm, and a wheelbase of 2,791 mm. With all seats up, it offers 281L luggage space, which expands to 786L with the third row folded, and a massive 1,976L with both rear rows folded down.
