Udaipur: Senior gynecologist Dr. Meetu Babel provided valuable insights on Garbh Sanskar and Prenatal Care during a special program organized by Baby Bliss by Srijan. On this occasion, 20 eminent gynecologists from Udaipur were honored for their outstanding contributions to the field.
Center Director Sangeeta Mundra stated that this is Udaipur’s first Garbh Sanskar and Prenatal Care Center, where sessions based on ancient sciences focus on the mental, physical, and overall development of the unborn child. The event witnessed the participation of around 60 women.
Director Jyoti Kumawat shared that the center offers Garbh Sanskar, Garbh Samvad, meditation, Lamaze techniques, and sound therapy for pregnant women. Meanwhile, Director Archana Vyas provided insights into the institution's activities.
The event honored Dr. Monika Sharma Khandelwal, Dr. Prerna Baheti, Dr. Soumya Somani, Dr. Preeti Mukesh, Dr. Pooja Gandhi, Dr. Kamlesh Punjabi, Dr. Akanksha Tripathi, Dr. Nalini Sharma, Dr. Vinita Baghela, Dr. Jeeni Gupta, Dr. Lata Mehta, Dr. Shikha Sharma, Dr. Bhavna Verma, Dr. Smita Baria, Dr. Kusum Mathur, Dr. Vimla Dhakad, and Dr. Simi Sood for their excellence in the field.
Dr. Meetu Babel emphasized that modern medical science and ancient wisdom can work together to ensure a healthier and happier future generation. She also shared an interesting anecdote about Dr. Zakir Hussain’s father, who made his pregnant wife listen to tabla rhythms, helping the unborn child develop a natural inclination towards music.
Dr. Monika Sharma Khandelwal highlighted the significance of such centers, stating that they are extremely beneficial for expectant mothers, helping them stay positive and stress-free during pregnancy.
Shraddha Gattani shared her personal experience, mentioning that she has witnessed the benefits of Garbh Sanskar within her family, proving its effectiveness in the holistic development of the child.
