Swachhata Awareness Campaign in Smart Village Heenta

Udaipur – A Swachh Bharat Mission awareness day was observed in Smart Village Heenta, under Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology, Udaipur. Smart Village Coordinator Dr. R.S. Rathore informed that Heenta village has been selected under the Hon’ble Governor’s Smart Village Initiative.
Forty NSS students from the Fisheries Department organized a cleanliness awareness rally in the village and cleaned the premises of the Atal Seva Kendra. The students chanted cleanliness slogans and toured the village. A street play was performed to educate villagers on preventive measures against seasonal diseases, followed by the cleaning of public spaces.
During the event, Hukam Chand Meena highlighted the role of NSS volunteers in society and led the students in raising cleanliness slogans. Progressive farmers and villagers warmly welcomed the rally and pledged to maintain cleanliness in the village for a healthier environment.
