Shweta Audichya Awarded PhD for Research on Women Leadership

Shweta Audichya has been awarded a PhD by the Department of Business Administration, College of Commerce and Management, Mohanlal Sukhadia University. She conducted her research on "The Barriers and Enablers to Leadership Development: A Critical Study of Women Leaders from Selected Fields with Special Reference to Southern Rajasthan."
Her research was completed under the guidance of Dr. Deepti Bhargava, Principal of Shrinathji Institute of Biotechnology and Management. In her study, she deeply analyzed the challenges faced by women in leadership development and proposed solutions to overcome them.
Dr. Shweta is currently working as a third-grade teacher in the Department of Primary Education. Her research also includes case studies of women leaders from Southern Rajasthan. Her achievement is being recognized as a significant contribution to the field of women’s leadership studies.
