Udaipur | The two-day Sports Festival organized at Mewar B.Sc. Nursing College, Udaipur, concluded with great enthusiasm on Saturday. The students participated with zeal and showcased their talents in various sports competitions.
During the closing ceremony, the college director, Pankaj Kumar Sharma, awarded the winners and appreciated their hard work and dedication towards sports. He emphasized that sports not only contribute to physical and mental development but also enhance discipline, teamwork, and self-confidence.
College directors Dinesh Rajpurohit, Abdul Salam Khan, and Kailash Salvi also encouraged the athletes. The college principal, Dr. Sandeep Garg, highlighted the importance of sports and their positive impact on students' lives.
On the final day of the festival, the finals of several competitions such as cricket, kabaddi, volleyball, jalebi race, rangoli, and spoon race were held. The students participated with full enthusiasm and gave excellent performances.
At the end of the program, the winning and runner-up teams were honored with trophies and medals. The college administration thanked all the participants, organizers, and faculty members for the successful event and announced plans to continue hosting such events in the future.
