Final Preparations Underway for Hum-Tum Basant Utsav

Udaipur: Mukesh Madhwani, the founder of Suron Ki Mandali, a music-dedicated organization, stated that preparations for the Hum-Tum Aur Basant program, scheduled for February 16, are in their final stages.

The event, starting at 1 PM, will feature around 55 participants performing duet songs themed around the spring season. Rehearsals have been arranged from February 6 to 15, with Kailash Kaivalya training the singers daily using karaoke tracks.

Program coordinator Veenu Vaishnav informed that renowned ghazal singer Dr. Prem Bhandari will grace the event as the chief guest.

To ensure smooth execution, various committees have been formed with assigned responsibilities:

  • Veenu Vaishnav – Social media, news, and overall event management
  • Kailash Kaivalya – Rehearsals, sound, and all technical aspects
  • Chandra Prakash Gandharv – Guest and participant reception
  • Nikhil Maheshwari & Gopal Gothwal – Stage decoration and design
  • Anita Singhi & Brijesh Kumar Mishra – Stage anchoring
  • Yogesh Upadhyay – Sound and track compilation & management
