Brahma Kumaris Udaipur Inaugurates Trimurti Shiv Mahotsav with Flag Hoisting in Dabok

Udaipur: The Brahma Kumaris sisters from the Udaipur service center initiated the Trimurti Shiv Mahotsav by hoisting the Shiv flag in the rural area of Dabok, while also igniting a spiritual awareness about the importance of saving the environment.

In her message, BK Rita said, "Among the 33 crore deities, only Shiva is unborn, unconsumed, and untouched, residing in Brahmalok. Lord Shankar has a physical form. This is why Shankar is often shown in meditation in front of the Shivling. The postures of Shankar in deep meditation represent the decorous form of a tapasvi (ascetic). Due to the misconception of equating Shankar with Shiva, we have been deprived of the divine attainments. Now, we have another opportunity to create our own destiny."

Media Coordinator Prof. Vimal Sharma mentioned that, over time, nature has also changed. The exploitation of its five elements by humans has caused imbalances. Today, natural disasters like floods, earthquakes, storms, and fires have become common occurrences. Major cities are facing a shortage of clean drinking water, and people are forced to consume bottled (RO) water.

BK Rashmi, in her speech, highlighted the privilege of the rural residents in Dabok who are still able to breathe fresh air. On the auspicious occasion of Shiv Jayanti, she urged everyone to take a pledge to protect the environment, forests, and land, and to continuously plant trees to increase the number of green spaces.
