Camps for Disability Certificates to be Organized in Panchayat Committees

Sirohi – As per the directives of the state government, the District Collector of Sirohi has issued orders for organizing camps to generate online disability certificates under the joint aegis of the district administration, the Medical and Health Department, the Social Justice Department, the Panchayati Raj Department, and the Women and Child Development Department.
These camps will be held at all Panchayat Samiti headquarters on scheduled dates. Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO) Dr. Dinesh Kharadi stated that specialist doctors, including orthopedic specialists, psychiatrists, ENT specialists, and ophthalmologists, will provide services and issue certificates as per the guidelines.
Through the Swavalamban portal, the registration of disabled individuals will be conducted, and online disability certificates will be issued. Two e-Mitra representatives will be present at each camp. Those who already have offline disability certificates will have them converted to online format, while new applicants will be issued certificates as per the prescribed guidelines and registered on e-Mitra at the camp itself.
Dr. Kharadi informed that these camps will be held on February 5 at Panchayat Samiti Sirohi, February 19 at Pindwara, February 28 at Reodar, March 4 at Abu Road, and March 11 at Shivganj, from 11 AM to 4 PM. Disabled individuals must bring their Aadhaar card, Jan Aadhaar card, passport-size photo, and previously issued offline disability certificate (if available).
