Fire Officer Provides Relief to Hotel Owners in Southern Rajasthan
Udaipur, the Hotel Association of Southern Rajasthan submitted a memorandum to the Chief Fire Officer, Babulal Chaudhary, regarding the issuance of Fire NOC notices and the sealing of hotels. In the memorandum, the association requested an extension of time for obtaining the NOC and for not sealing hotels during this period. The Chief Fire Officer accepted the request, granting an extension of one month and assured that no sealing action would be taken during this time. He further stated that sealed hotels would be released upon submission of an affidavit and compliance with all regulations. Only after obtaining the NOC will the sealed hotels be allowed to resume operations. The memorandum was presented by Vice President KP Agarwal, Secretary Rakesh Chaudhary, Joint Secretary Prafull Singh Kumawat, Treasurer Ambalal Sahu, and member Akshay Singh Rao.
