Bhilwara (Rajkumar Jain), The annual innovation conclave, Jugaad Mela 2.0, themed "Innovation – The Indian Way," is being organized today at Sangam University, Bhilwara.
Professor R.K. Somani, the convener of the event, stated that the one-day science model competition, jointly hosted by Vigyan Bharti and Sangam University, aims to encourage young talents in the field of science. Approximately 200 projects in technical fields such as drones, robotics, and agriculture will be showcased during the event. Participants include students, mentors, and teachers, with more than 1,000 attendees expected. Winners will be awarded cash prizes and trophies sponsored by Sangam ITBI to promote entrepreneurship.
Professor Karunesh Saxena, Vice-Chancellor of Sangam University, highlighted that the primary objective of the Jugaad Mela is to foster innovation and inspire students to take an interest in science, technology, and industrial development.
The event's chief guest will be Dr. S.N. Modani, Vice Chairman of Sangam India Limited. Marketing Head, Dr. Amit Jain, mentioned that students from government, private, and ITI institutions, particularly from classes 9 to 12, are eligible to participate in the competition.
Pro Vice-Chancellor Professor Manas Ranjan Panigrahi and Registrar Professor Rajeev Mehta reviewed the preparations and extended their best wishes for the success of the Jugaad Mela.
