Grand Dedication Day Celebrated by Sadhumargi Jain Sangh

Grand Dedication Day was celebrated on Sunday, December 22, at the Vardhman Sthanakwasi Jain Shravak Sansthan, Sector-4. The event was organized as part of the Mahattam Mahotsav to mark the upcoming 50th anniversary of Acharya Shri Ramesh’s initiation, which will be completed on February 9, 2025. Starting today, a series of religious programs will be held for the next 50 days.

The event commenced at 8 a.m. with the Samata branch. Discourses were delivered under the auspicious presence of Mahasati Shri Vikas Shri Ji M.Sa. In her address, Mahasati emphasized the importance of dedication towards one’s Guru, stating that true surrender eliminates ego and aligns one’s thoughts with those of the Guru. Mahasati Pragya Shri Ji M.Sa. highlighted the illustrious journey of Acharya Shri Ramesh, from his initiation 50 years ago to his continued relentless efforts as an Acharya, inspiring everyone to lead a dedicated life. The session also featured an address by Mahasati Akshita Shri Ji M.Sa.

Following the discourses, a retrospective of the Mahattam Mahotsav’s achievements over the past two years was showcased. Families of monks and nuns initiated from Udaipur were honored. Additionally, around 400 participants who had competed in various events under the Mahotsav were felicitated.

A special attraction of the event was the exhibition organized by children, featuring creative models based on Acharya Shri Ramesh’s life and the Mahattam Mahotsav. The exhibition drew hundreds of visitors, who praised the children’s efforts, and all participants were awarded prizes.

The event saw the participation of Sadhumargi Jain Sangh President Arjun Lodha, Secretary P.K. Daga, Women’s Wing President Neelam Porwal, Youth Wing President Saurabh Golcha, Bahu Mandal President Priyanka Kothari, Mahattam Coordinator Asha Sarupariya, and thousands of devotees.
