NSS Unit of Bhopal Nobles Girls Unit Organizes Meditation and Lecture on International Meditation Day

Udaipur: On the occasion of International Meditation Day, the National Service Scheme (NSS) Unit of Bhopal Nobles University’s Girls Unit organized a session on Sahaj Yoga Meditation and a lecture for the volunteers. 

Prakash Paliwal and Dinesh Bhatt from the Sahaj Yoga Meditation Center, Udaipur, elaborated on the processes of Sahaj Yoga. They explained that Sahaj Yoga leads to spiritual happiness and also improves our health. In today’s stressful life, Sahaj Yoga meditation is an excellent remedy. Continuous practice of this meditation can help make our lives healthier and happier. Meditation is essential for a healthy and happy life, they emphasized.

They encouraged the volunteers to take some time out from their busy schedules for meditation, as it brings a divine experience to the mind and soul. They also urged the volunteers to practice it themselves and inspire others to adopt it in their lives. During the event, the volunteers satisfied their curiosity through a question-and-answer session.

Earlier, Dr. Jyotiraditya Singh Bhati, the NSS coordinator at Bhopal Nobles University, welcomed the guests and mentioned that such events play a vital role in the personal development of volunteers. Dr. Devendra Singh Sisodiya, Head of the Department of Psychology, also highlighted the psychological importance of meditation. Dr. Lokeshwari Rathore, NSS Program Officer, shared that such events introduce volunteers to various aspects of personality development.

The event was attended by Dr. Srishtiraj Singh Chundawat, Program Officer; faculty members Dr. Pankaj Marmat, Dr. Bhavna Jhala, Dr. Pushpa Verma, Simran Bhati, and many students.
