Udaipur District Administration Gears Up Under the Leadership of Collector

Preparations in Full Swing
Udaipur, December 11: To mark the completion of one year of the state government's tenure, preparations are in full swing for the upcoming state-level Women's Conference, scheduled to be held on December 14 at Gandhi Ground, Udaipur. District Collector Arvind Poswal, along with Team Udaipur, is working tirelessly to ensure the event’s success.

On Wednesday morning, District Collector Poswal held a key meeting with senior officials to finalize arrangements for the event. The discussions revolved around venue preparations, transportation for women beneficiaries, seating arrangements, food and water management, benefit distribution stalls, and departmental exhibitions. Directions were issued for the efficient execution of all tasks. The Collector also reviewed the invitation letters and instructed officials to ensure the participation of all public representatives from the district. The meeting was attended by ADM Deependra Singh, CEO Hemendra Nagar, District Supplies Officer Manish Bhatnagar, Joint Director of Public Relations Dr. Kamlesh Sharma, and UDA officials.

Inspection of Gandhi Ground
Later in the evening, District Collector Poswal visited Gandhi Ground to oversee the on-site arrangements. He reviewed the dome setup, stage construction, exhibition stalls, and benefit distribution arrangements. Detailed discussions were held regarding the arrival route for the Chief Minister and other dignitaries, benefit distribution mechanisms, exhibition layout, and stage programs. Officials were provided with specific instructions to ensure smooth execution. The inspection was attended by UDA Commissioner Rahul Jain, ADM Administration Deependra Singh Rathore, event nodal officer and Zila Parishad CEO Hemendra Nagar, UDA Special Officer Jitendra Ojha, Joint Director DOIT Sheetal Agarwal, and officials from all relevant departments.
