The event, filled with traditional music and singing, aimed to convey the importance of preserving and safeguarding the rich musical and artistic heritage inherited from Mewar.

At this celebration, artist Harphool Ram Nayak captivated tourists with mesmerizing tunes played on the traditional instrument 'Ravanahatta.' Another attraction was artist Rajesh Pancholi’s creation of a painting of Lord Krishna through the art of Jal Sanjhi, which was a major highlight for the audience. In addition, singers and traditional female performers enchanted the visitors with their captivating performances on the Mewar traditional instrument ‘Dhol.’ The traditional puppets displayed also became a favorite for tourists looking to take photographs.

Maharana Bhagwat Singh Ji Mewar founded the Maharana Mewar Charitable Foundation 55 years ago with the vision of launching various public welfare programs that continue to this day. Currently, under the leadership of Dr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar, member of the Mewar royal family and Trustee of the Foundation, efforts are underway for heritage preservation, as well as projects in human welfare and environmental conservation. The Chief Executive Officer of the foundation, Dr. Mayank Gupta, shared that the event emphasized the promotion of eco-friendly and handcrafted products, allowing tourists from around the world to witness and understand traditional craftsmanship firsthand.

On this occasion, Gaukriti, an organization dedicated to eco-friendly innovations, showcased products made from cow dung, such as pens, notebooks, diaries, religious books, decorative items, ritual materials, and table calendars, all made from cow dung paper. These products aim to promote environmental conservation and pollution-free materials, allowing international tourists to learn about these innovative items and creating new market opportunities for local artisans. Additionally, the process of making handmade earthen lamps was also demonstrated. A puppet photo booth was set up where tourists could take pictures.
