Free Medical Camp Offers Complimentary Health Check-Ups for Hundreds
Udaipur: The School Education Family, an organization of private schools working in the education sector, recently signed a one-year agreement with the Pacific Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS Hospital) in Umarada to provide free health services for the community. Under this initiative, the second free medical camp was held at Sunshine Secondary School located in Ward 41, Purohiton Ki Madri.
Over 400 individuals participated in the camp, receiving check-ups for various ailments from specialists including Dr. Charulata from the gynecology department, Dr. Rahul Khatri from pediatrics, Dr. Nabeel from ENT, dentist Dr. Saini, Dr. Divya from psychiatry, Dr. Udit from general medicine, Dr. Kareena from orthopedics, and pediatrician Dr. Satyamurthy.
Bhavani Pratap Singh Jhalla, the regional secretary of the School Education Family, shared that the camp was inaugurated by prominent figures including Ashok Singh Metwala, President of the Mewar Kshatriya Mahasabha; regional councilor Kamlesh Mehta; CP Rawal, regional in-charge of the School Education Family; former chairman of the Udaipur Central Cooperative Bank Vijendra Singh Sarangdevot; former state vice president of Rajasthan INTUC Satish Vyas; Girish Joshi, regional president of the School Education Family; school principal Sandhya Sarangdevot; district president Kapil Sharma; Dilip Ameta; and camp coordinator Anubhav Gaud, who all lit the ceremonial lamp.
Mrs. Sandhya Sarangdevot mentioned that the camp also provided free AABHA family ID cards. This government initiative ensures that all patients' digital data is permanently secured. Additionally, longevity cards for school children and their families were created. The camp saw participation from School Education Family's Kurabad in-charge Pushpendra Suthar, along with Jai Bhatt, Mahesh Suhil, Narpat Singh Chauhan, and others. The event was coordinated by Sunita Ranawat and Meena Rao.
