Library In-Charge Dr. Shashi Jain Retires
Kota – Dr. Shashi Jain, the in-charge of the Government Public Library in Kota, was given a heartfelt farewell by staff and literary figures on her retirement on September 30, 2024. The library association honored her with a Lifetime Achievement Award. The staff presented her with a congratulatory letter, a memento, and a floral garland weighing 21 kilograms.
Regional Library Superintendent Dr. Deepak Kumar Srivastava, along with writers Jitendra Nirmohi, Rameshwar Sharma 'Ramu Bhaiya', Dr. Krishna Kumari, Vijay Joshi, Dr. Prabhat Kumar Singhal, and Mahesh Pancholi, expressed their admiration for Dr. Jain's contributions and services.
The speakers highlighted that Dr. Shashi Jain was diligent, hardworking, and always inclusive, looking after the interests of her colleagues and providing support to everyone. As the head of the library, she worked with dedication, winning the hearts of many. She actively participated in all the events held at the library. The event was coordinated by Sneh Lata Sharma.
