 Tree Plantation Under "One Tree in the Name of Mother" Campaign at Shilpgram

Udaipur : The Western Regional Cultural Centre, Udaipur, conducted a tree plantation drive on Monday as part of the Central Government's "One Tree in the Name of Mother" campaign.

Director Furkan Khan of the Western Regional Cultural Centre explained that this initiative encourages individuals to plant a tree in honor of their mothers and commit to its lifelong care. On Monday, officials, staff, artisans, and artists from the centre gathered at Shilpgram to successfully carry out a large-scale tree plantation event. 

Thirty trees were planted along the path leading to the Darpan Gate in Shilpgram, and all attendees were encouraged to plant trees, protect them, and raise awareness about the importance of trees.
