**Udaipur** – The FORTI Women’s Wing Udaipur organized the 'Meet the Leader' program today at Hotel Jagat. Renowned city entrepreneurs, Shweta Dubey, Director of Fusion Business Solutions, and Alka Sharma, founder of Aavaran, interacted with the members.
The program was presided over by General Secretary Dr. Harsha Kumawat, who explained that the initiative aims to allow forum members to learn from leading female entrepreneurs in their fields, understanding their business journeys, and how to tackle challenges they encounter.
Forum President Shikha Singhal highlighted upcoming programs designed to empower female entrepreneurs. Shweta emphasized the importance of staying updated in the financial sector and considering all aspects of business, whether finance, HR, or marketing. She also stressed prioritizing employees in any business. Alka Sharma shared how her institution revitalized organic dyeing and Dabu art. She noted that in the fashion industry, making your product unique is crucial for gaining recognition and ensuring no one else can replicate it with the same proficiency.
The female entrepreneurs drew inspiration from the shared experiences and gained insights into solving their work-related issues.
