 "Marwari Public Library: A Beacon of Education and Social Responsibility in Chandni Chowk"

In Chandni Chowk, Delhi, the 109-year-old Marwari Public Library became the center of the Independence movement today as scholarships were distributed to 201 needy and meritorious students. The organization's head, Prem Singhania, Minister Raj Kumar Tulsiani, and guests provided scholarships, school bags, and study materials to these students. Minister Raj Kumar Tulsiani mentioned that the institution fulfills its social and educational responsibilities every year. The Marwari Public Library, established in 1915, is home to rare books, including original copies of the Constitution. Renowned figures like Mahatma Gandhi, Madan Mohan Malaviya, Bal Gangadhar Tilak, and Dr. Harivansh Rai Bachchan have had a deep connection with this historic institution. It holds a special place for ancient and great works of Hindi literature and is revered as the temple of knowledge dedicated to Goddess Saraswati.
