Udaipur: Students of Delhi Public School Udaipur have brought great pride to the school and the city of Udaipur by showcasing their talent at the international level in the second phase of the Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) examination.
Coordinator of the examination, Kavish Jain, mentioned that out of 80,000 participants from 70 countries in the SOF examination held at the international level, only 4 students achieved the first rank. Two of these four students are from DPS Udaipur, namely, Reyansh Jain and Ritisha Jain from Class 6. They secured the first position at the international level in IMO (International Mathematics Olympiad) and received a gold medal along with a cash prize of ₹12,500. Both students also secured fifth and seventeenth positions respectively in NSO (National Science Olympiad) and received cash prizes along with gold and silver medals.
Continuing this streak, Jahara Attari from Class 9 secured the seventh rank, Mansi Shekhawat from Class 3 secured the eighth rank, Siddhesh Thorat from Class 6 secured the ninth rank, and Chitrangda Rao from Class 5 secured the tenth rank, receiving the Certificate of Excellence and a cash prize of ₹500."
