Kota, A meeting was convened regarding the upcoming presidential election of the Char Basti Welfare Society, Kota.
Society President Abdul Hanif informed that the meeting was held at Aman Secondary School, Pratap Colony, Kota, under the chairmanship of Janab Abdul Rashid (Head Sahib). During the session, the Society’s patron Abdul Gaffar Sheikh proposed that as the current president’s term has ended, the process to elect a new president should begin.
All members present supported the proposal, following which a five-member election committee was constituted to oversee the process. The committee includes Abdul Gani, Master Mohammad, Mohammad Iqbal Sheikh, and Mohammad Iftikhar Khan, with a tenure of three years. This committee will provide full support to the presidential election committee.
The last date for filing nominations for the presidential post is November 2, 2025, while the deadline for withdrawal of nominations is November 7, 2025, until 5:00 PM.
