Kota: A husband and wife, who had been living separately for six years, have agreed to reunite after being counseled by Family Court Judge *Shri Shiv Prasad Tiwari*. The couple was persuaded by *Counselor Ed. Mayaram Meghwal* to give their relationship another chance.
Manisha Yadav, daughter of Rajendra Yadav from Santoshi Nagar, Kota, was married to Lokesh Yadav, son of Tulsi Ram from Daani Kasar Mandana, Kota, in a Hindu ceremony on May 31, 2012. Due to differences between the couple, Manisha had been living at her father's house. They have two children: a 10-year-old son, Chitrash, and a 7-year-old daughter, Chetna.
Facing distress due to the separation, Lokesh Yadav filed a petition in court under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act for the restoration of conjugal life on December 24, 2024. During the proceedings, Advocate Counselor Sister Arora, Advocate Vandana Yadav, Reader Anjana Gautam, Sharash Sharma, Randhir Singh, and others were present. The couple was then garlanded and sent back home happily, marking a joyful moment in the courtroom.
