DRM Honors 28 Railway Employees on Their Retirement

Kota: A farewell ceremony was held in the conference hall in January 2025 for 28 railway employees from the Kota division of the Railway Department, who retired under age limit provisions. Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) Shri Anil Kalra honored all retiring employees by presenting them with gold medals on their retirement. Among those retiring in January from the Kota division were Assistant Commercial Manager Shri K.K. Katkwar from the Commercial Branch and 27 employees from various departments. These employees held important positions such as Chief Office Superintendent, Office Superintendent, Senior Technician, Trackman, Senior Section Engineer, Helper, Station Superintendent, and Chief Loco Inspector.

During the ceremony, all retiring employees were provided with documents including Pension Payment Orders, Service Certificates, soft copies of their service records, identity cards, medical cards, Composite Transfer Grant allowances, pass applications, and authority letters.

In his address, the DRM advised the retiring employees to make good use of their retirement benefits, maintain a healthy lifestyle, and wished them a happy and prosperous future. He also expressed gratitude for their dedication, loyalty, and invaluable contributions to the railway.

Present at the event were Senior Divisional Personnel Officer Shri Suprakash, Senior Divisional Finance Manager Shri R.K. Prajapat, Assistant Divisional Personnel Officer Shri Vidya Bhushan Bharti, Assistant Divisional Finance Manager Shri Tribhuvan Kumar, the retiring employees, and their family members.
