City SP Dr. Amrita Duhan Meets Students of Motion Education

Kota: City Police Superintendent Dr. Amrita Duhan assured coaching students that if anyone harasses them, they should immediately contact the police as they are always there to help. She emphasized that the police are continuously working to ensure the safety of coaching students in Kota. As part of this initiative, a mobile app has been launched, which includes a panic button that, when pressed, will instantly alert the police and they will reach the location.

Dr. Duhan was addressing coaching students at the Daksh-2 campus of Motion Education on Monday afternoon. She mentioned that students from across the country come to Kota for coaching, and naturally, parents are concerned about their children's safety. She assured the students that the coaching institutes, police, and administration, along with every resident of Kota, are committed to ensuring the safety of the students. To further enhance student security, an application called **Kota Safety of Students (SOS)** has been developed, which is available for download on the Google Play Store. If a student ever feels unsafe, they can press the panic button on the app, which will immediately notify the police control room and the designated contacts. The police will then respond promptly and reach the student's location for assistance.

Dr. Duhan assured the students that their data would remain safe and would not be leaked. She also encouraged them to report any threats, including online harassment or the uploading of inappropriate content or videos on social media, to the police.

Additionally, Dr. Duhan provided cyber security tips to the students, advising them to be cautious if anyone offers easy ways to make money online. She shared practical advice on how to stay safe in the digital world, identify potential online threats, and understand personal security measures.

Before the address, Joint Director and NEET Division Head Amit Verma, Deputy Director Dr. Ashish Maheshwari, and Ashish Bajpai welcomed Dr. Duhan. Dada Badi Police Station In-charge Prem Singh and Cyber Security Police Station In-charge Satish Kumar were also present at the event. The program was conducted by Senior Faculty Renu Singh.
