Udaipur, Hindustan Zinc Limited (BSE: 500188 | NSE:
HINDZINC), the world's largest integrated zinc producer and one of the world’s
top ten silver producers, has partnered with Uber for Business to digitise
corporate mobility for its employees. The collaboration introduces a dedicated
Hindustan Zinc Limited Business Profile within the Uber app, integrating ride
booking, direct corporate billing and travel management to simplify official
travel across the company.
Through the partnership, employees can switch
between personal and business profiles within their existing Uber app and
access Uber for Business across 120+ cities in India. The solution will support
official travel requirements including business meetings, site visits, airport
transfers, client engagements and inter-city travel, including cities where
Hindustan Zinc has a presence through its head office, sister organisations and
regional offices.
A key feature of the partnership is the
integration of corporate billing into the travel experience. By digitising the
journey from booking to billing, the initiative is expected to simplify travel
administration while providing employees greater flexibility in managing
official mobility.

journeys. The mobility experience also incorporates Uber’s built-in safety
features and 24x7 support, alongside dedicated Uber for Business and
Uber Safety Support, providing additional assistance to employees during
official travel.
