Asian Legends League 2025 Brings International Cricket to Nathdwara

udaipur : Cricket fans in Nathdwara, Udaipur, and Rajsamand are set to witness history with the Asian Legends League 2025, an international T20 tournament. Scheduled from March 10 to March 18 at the Madanlal Paliwal Miraj Sports Center, this grand event will feature legendary players from India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Qatar, UAE, and Afghanistan.

The official announcement was made in Nathdwara, attended by Miraj Group Vice Chairman Mantraraj Paliwal, former BCCI selector Chetan Sharma, MPMSSC's Laxman Diwan, League CEO Mahavir Prasad Sharma, and organizer Ravi Kumar Yadav. Five major Asian teams will compete in the league, with star players including Irfan Pathan (Indian Royals), Thisara Perera (Sri Lanka Lions), Asghar Afghan (Afghanistan Pathans), Mohammad Ashraful (Bangladesh Tigers), and Abdul Shakoor (Asian Stars).

Mantraraj Paliwal stated that this tournament is a proud moment for Nathdwara as it hosts an international sporting event for the first time. The opening ceremony on March 10 promises to be a spectacular affair with Bollywood celebrities, singers, and actors, along with fireworks, 100+ dancers, and an aerial drone show.

This nine-day cricket extravaganza will feature 15 matches, all broadcast live on Star Sports. With cricketing legends like Virender Sehwag, Suresh Raina, and Yusuf Pathan in action, the tournament is set to be an unforgettable experience for cricket enthusiasts.
