Badgaon Team Crowned Champions in Badgaon Premier League Cricket Tournament

Udaipur: The Badgaon team emerged as champions in the Badgaon Premier League Cricket Tournament, held at the VBRI ground on the Saifan-Badgaon road. A total of 24 teams participated in this tournament.

The final match was played between the Badgaon Champions and DKD Fighters. The Badgaon team posted a total of 76 runs. In response, DKD Fighters struggled against the lethal bowling attack from the Badgaon team and could not last long. With this victory, Badgaon was crowned the champion.

Earlier, in the semi-finals, the first match was played between Badgaon and TD teams. The Badgaon team won the match in just 7 overs. In the second semi-final, the match between Gogunda and DKD Fighters of Varda saw DKD Fighters chase down a target of 55 runs to win.

Lavesh Vyas, a member of the organizing committee, stated that Harry from the Badgaon team was named Man of the Match. He was also awarded the Best Bowler and Player of the Series honors. The Best Player award went to Narendra Sehwag of the TD team, while the Best Fielder award was given to Devendra Sanwaria (Gotu) from Badgaon.
