Delhi’s Powerlifter Priya Selected for International Deadlift Competition

The World Power Sports Federation is set to host an international powerlifting competition in Nepal in August 2024. Delhi-based powerlifter Priya has secured her place in the international deadlift event. On August 15, 2024, Priya traveled from Delhi to Gurgaon with her coach, Aadesh Sharma, to participate in the selection and trial process for international games, and their efforts have paid off.

The Secretary of the Indian Strength Sports Association congratulated Priya and encouraged her to deliver an outstanding performance in the international games.
