Sangam University Wins Gold in Drop Roball Championship

In the All India Inter-University Drop Roball Championship 2025, organized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), players from Sangam University delivered an outstanding performance, securing both gold and silver medals.

In the men’s doubles category, Bhavesh Pareek, Keshav Singh, and Bhanu Pratap clinched the gold medal, while in the women’s category, Nandini Kanwar earned a silver medal. Sangam University has maintained its dominance in the sport, consistently winning gold and silver medals for the past three years.

On this achievement, Vice Chancellor Prof. Karunesh Saxena, Pro Vice Chancellor Prof. Manas Ranjan, and Registrar Prof. Rajeev Mehta congratulated the winning players. Sports Officer Sanjay Sharma and Dr. Zorawar Singh also welcomed and celebrated the athletes’ success.

Lieutenant Rajkumar Jain noted that these students have not only excelled in sports but have also made a mark in national NCC camps in the past.
