Bhilwara: The two-day International Conference on Analytical and Interdisciplinary Research 2025 commenced at Sangam University on March 10. The conference was graced by Chief Guest Dr. B. Sadrak, Director of CEMEA, New Delhi, and esteemed guests including Prof. Rajnish Jain, former UGC Secretary, IMS DAVV, Indore, Prof. Himanshu Shee from Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia, and Prof. Ramesh Sharda from Oklahoma University, USA. The Vice Chairman of Sangam Group of India Ltd., Dr. Srinivas Modani, was also present.
The conference witnessed the presence of Sangam University’s Vice-Chancellor Prof. Karunesh Saxena, Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Conference Coordinator Prof. Manas Ranjan Panigrahi, Registrar Prof. Rajeev Mehta, Co-Coordinator Prof. Vinesh Agarwal, Conference Secretary Prof. Rakesh Bhandari, and Joint Secretary Prof. Archana Agarwal, among others.
Prof. Manas Ranjan Panigrahi welcomed the guests and elaborated on the purpose of the conference, highlighting its significance in academic and research activities. Keynote speaker Prof. Rajnish Jain emphasized NEP-2020, multidisciplinary research, and the Indian knowledge tradition, stressing the importance of research at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Prof. Himanshu Shee from Victoria University pointed out the interconnection of various subjects and the necessity of multidisciplinary research in the present era.
Dr. Srinivas Modani, Vice Chairman of Sangam Group of India Ltd., redefined research in a new perspective and discussed its necessity. Vice-Chancellor Prof. Karunesh Saxena expressed gratitude to the distinguished guests and shared his insights on research and its importance. Chief Guest Dr. B. Sadrak (Director, Commonwealth Learning, New Delhi) emphasized the need for research in local languages and addressed key topics such as heritage tourism, water resource conservation, artificial intelligence, NEP-2020, and urban studies. Engaging in discussions with research scholars, he provided deep insights into multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary research.
Special Guest Prof. Ramesh Sharda from Oklahoma University, USA, also shared his views. The conference saw the release of a commemorative souvenir by the distinguished guests. Additionally, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Sangam University and the Institute of Language Skills, Bhilwara.
The two-day conference is scheduled to be conducted in two sessions, with over 200 research scholars presenting their papers on various subjects. Registrar Prof. Rajeev Mehta welcomed external researchers to the university, while Prof. Vinesh Agarwal delivered the vote of thanks. The event was conducted by Dr. Seema Kabra and Dr. Ritu Rathore.
The conference also witnessed the presence of renowned experts, including Prof. Navalkishore (IGNOU, Delhi), Prof. Manoj Kumar Singh (Former Vice-Chancellor, BMU Surat), Dr. Shailendra Pratap Singh (Central University, Kishangarh), Dr. Annapurna Bhargav (RTU, Kota), Dr. Lokeshwar (Indore), and Dr. Amit Mishra (Jaipur).
