### Investiture Ceremony Held at Sangam University

Bhilwara:  An investiture ceremony for the student secretaries and assistant secretaries of various clubs and societies was organized at Sangam University. Professor Vineesh Agarwal, Director of Student Affairs, shared insights about the diverse clubs and societies, which include Cultural Society (Dance, Drama, Music), Technical Society, Professional Society (Entrepreneurship, Photography, Training and Placement Club), Literary Society (Publication, Debate, Quiz Club), Social and Green Society, and Fine Arts and Craft Society.

Approximately 30 students were appointed as secretaries and assistant secretaries following interviews and evaluations across various aspects. The ceremony began with Professor Vineesh Agarwal discussing the clubs and their activities. Professor Rajiv Mehta welcomed the chief guest and extended best wishes for the clubs' future endeavors.

Lieutenant Dr. Rajkumar Jain administered the oath of responsibility to the newly appointed student mentors, secretaries, and assistant secretaries. The chief guest then presented badges to the appointed student officials. Professor Karunesh Saxena, Vice Chancellor of Sangam University, emphasized the importance of student-led club operations and student leadership.

Pro-President Professor Manas Ranjan Panigrahi congratulated the clubs for their achievements at the national level. Lieutenant Colonel S.S. Rathore, commanding officer of the NCC unit in Bhilwara, distributed badges and inspired attendees with a motivational speech on leadership skills. 

The event concluded with Dr. Shweta Bohra, member secretary of the Sangam University Club Society, expressing gratitude to all participants. Each club will be overseen by faculty mentors. The guests also released the activity report booklet from the previous year’s club events. Faculty club mentors present included Dr. Archana Agarwal, Dr. Manoj Kumawat, Dr. Anurag Sharma, Dr. Rajkumar Jain, Dr. Surbhi Bidla, and NCC officer C.H.M. Sushil.
