###Convoy Commemorating the 25th Kargil Vijay Diwas Flagged Off

Udaipur | Dr. AjeetKumar Karnataka, the Vice Chancellor of Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology, Udaipur, flagged off a convoy of Indian defense forces' SUVs heading to the Kargil base camp, commemorating the 25th anniversary of Kargil Vijay Diwas. The event took place at 7:30 AM yesterday in front of the university's administrative building.

The convoy, led by Captain Rajeev and comprising several Mahindra SUVs, embarked on a journey spanning approximately 10,000 kilometers from South Kochi to the Kargil base camp. Before departing, Captain Rajeev delivered an inspiring speech to the students of the National Service Scheme and National Cadet Corps, sharing stories about the challenges faced by soldiers and the virtues of discipline, efficiency, and resilience.

Captain Rajeev also took messages, posters, and slogans from the students, which he will present to the Kargil base camp as a token of inspiration and solidarity. The journey is not just a physical traverse but also a mission to impart lessons on national interest and dedication to the country's future generations.

The event was also graced by Dr. Manoj Kumar Mahla, Student Welfare Officer, who welcomed the chief guest, Vice Chancellor Dr. Ajeet Kumar Karnataka, with a bouquet of flowers. Dr. Karnataka reciprocated by adorning Captain Rajeev with a traditional safa and presenting him with a bouquet.

Several dignitaries from the university, including Dr. Anupam Bhatnagar, Dr. R.B. Dubey, Dr. Dhriti Solanki, Dr. Virendra Nepaliya, Dr. B.L. Baheti, Dr. Sunil Joshi, Mr. Som Shekhar Vyas, and others, were present at the ceremony, making it a memorable start to a significant journey.
