Illegal Coal Kilns Removed from Grazing Land in Fatehnagar Sanwar

Udaipur: Illegal coal kilns set up by encroaching upon the grazing land in **Fatehnagar Sanwar** were demolished in a joint operation by the **administration, municipality, and police**.

**Municipal Executive Officer Chelkunwar** stated that upon receiving complaints about encroachments on the grazing land, **Mavli Sub-Divisional Officer Ramesh Sirvi Punadiya** ordered action. A team consisting of Executive Officer Chelkunwar, **Tehsildar Bhawarlal Meena**, **Fatehnagar Naib Tehsildar Sampat Singh Bhati**, and **Police Station Officer Chandrashekhar** along with police personnel reached the site. The **Revenue Department** conducted a boundary demarcation of the land, after which illegal coal kilns were demolished using JCB machinery.

From the municipality, **Junior Engineer Bhagwati Lal Khariwal**, **Senior Draftsman Hemant Malviya**, and **Acting Sanitation Inspector Bhagwat Singh** were also present during the operation. The entire process was documented via **videography**, and **two municipal property boards** were installed at the site to assert ownership.

The **burnt coal** was securely collected, and **fire brigade vehicles** were used to spray water around the area to prevent fire hazards and preserve nearby wood. No casualties or harm to individuals were reported during the operation. Local residents were strictly warned **not to tamper with or misuse** the municipal property in any manner.

### Monitoring Team Formed, Will Submit Weekly Reports

Following the encroachment removal, a **regular monitoring team** was formed under the direction of the Sub-Divisional Officer. The team includes the **concerned Patwari (land record officer)**, **Land Records Inspector**, **Municipal Staff**, and **Police Department officials**.

This team will **submit a weekly report** to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate's office, ensuring that the cleared locations are **not re-encroached** and that no new kilns are set up. Additionally, the **Executive Officer of Fatehnagar** has been instructed to **mark the boundaries** of the grazing land, ensure **no new constructions**, and continue action to **identify and remove any further encroachments** as per regulations.
