Udaipur: An online lottery was drawn for the *Krishak Uphar Yojana* (Farmer Gift Scheme) on Wednesday at the Agriculture Produce Market Committee. This lottery was based on the sale receipts and e-payments issued for produce sold at the market between July 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024. The lottery was conducted by a committee formed under the leadership of Additional District Collector (City) War Singh. Regional Deputy Director Pankaj Park and Secretary Madanlal Gurjar were also present during the event.
The first prize of ₹50,000 was awarded to Kesardan, a farmer from Nimbahera. The second prize of ₹30,000 went to Laluram, a resident of the Fatehnagar Agriculture Produce Market Committee, and the third prize of ₹20,000 was given to Jai Singh, a farmer from the Udaipur Grain Market Committee.
Regional Deputy Director Pankaj Park gave a detailed overview of the Farmer Gift Scheme, encouraging the farmers present to take full advantage of the program. The lottery event saw participation from traders and farmers from the market.
