Sad demise of renowned fisheries scientist : Dr Durve

Udaipur . Renowned Fisheries Scientist Dr. V.S. Durve former Head of the Department of Limnology and  Fisheries, Rajasthan College of Agriculture , passed away last night in Baroda.

Dr Durve made  invaluable contributions to the field of fisheries science in Rajasthan. His pioneering efforts have not only shaped the landscape of this discipline but have also touched the lives of countless individuals. His unwavering dedication, passion, and expertise have been the guiding light for several students throughout their academic journey. The  vision and leadership have not only established fisheries science as a respected subject in Rajasthan but have also opened up avenues of growth and development for aspiring students. The legacy will continue to inspire generations of students and researchers to put an indelible mark on the landscape of fisheries science in our state.
