Udaipur: A meeting of the District-level Vigilance Committee and a District-level Public Hearing were held on Thursday at the DOIIT Hall in the Collectorate. Under the guidance of District Collector Namit Mehta and chaired by Additional District Collector (Administration) Deependra Singh Rathore, the public hearing aimed at resolving the issues raised by the petitioners, with instructions given to the concerned departmental officers for their resolution.
The Additional District Collector (ADM) mentioned that a total of 104 cases were received during the hearing. After discussing the facts with the concerned departmental officers, instructions were given to resolve these cases within a set timeline and provide relief to the petitioners. He further explained that the majority of the cases were related to encroachments, land occupation, MGNREGA, police, Public Works Department, Municipal Corporation, and Udaipur Development Authority. District-level officials personally listened to each petitioner’s problem and provided necessary directions. The ADM instructed all officers to ensure a fair and satisfactory resolution for each case.
On this occasion, District Council CEO Riya Dabi, Additional District Collector (City) War Singh, Municipal Commissioner Ramprakash, Girwa Sub-Divisional Officer Sonika Kumari, UDA Secretary Hemendra Nagar, OSD Jitendra Ojha, along with district-level officers from various departments, were present.
