Free Gynecology Medical Camp Organized

Udaipur: A free gynecology medical camp was organized by the Anuvrat Committee at the Oriental Palace Resort. Members of the Matushree Women’s Club participated in the camp and received information about women’s health issues from doctors at the Government Madan Mohan Malviya Ayurvedic College.  

The committee president, Pranita Telesra, mentioned that doctors from the postgraduate department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, affiliated with the college, shared valuable information about women’s health issues. The camp was overseen by Dr. Narendra Kumar Meena, Assistant Professor and Head of the Department. Dr. P.G. Meena, Dr. Ritasha Dubey, and Dr. Lakshmi Choudhary also contributed to the camp.  

During the camp, Dr. Narendra Meena emphasized the importance of regular health check-ups and staying aware of one's health. Various women’s health issues were discussed, including menstrual problems, excessive bleeding, missed periods, cramps, fatigue, anemia, uterine issues, menopause disorders, and other gynecological concerns. Free treatment and medication were provided during the camp. A total of 85 women underwent health check-ups.  

Telesra also mentioned that a session on environmental awareness was held, and eco-friendly bags were distributed to all participants. The event was attended by the chairperson of the Anuvrat Committee, Pranita Telesra, who welcomed the patron of the Matushree Women’s Club, Kaushalya Gattani. The vote of thanks was given by Abha Ajmera. Support was provided by Asha Kothari, Manju Choudhary, and others.
