Two-Day Free Health Camp Begins in Bedwas, Over 200 Villagers Benefitted

Udaipur. In an effort to make healthcare services more accessible in rural areas of Rajasthan, Coromandel International Limited, under its CSR initiative, organized a free health camp in collaboration with Rahda Foundation at Bedwas Gram Panchayat, Udaipur. More than 200 villagers participated in the camp, benefiting from essential medical check-ups and consultations.

The camp was inaugurated by rural MLA Phool Singh Meena, who not only underwent a health check-up himself but also encouraged the villagers to regularly undergo medical tests and stay aware of their health. He emphasized that a healthy society leads to a stronger society, and such camps are vital for rural areas.

The camp will continue on February 13. During the camp, doctors conducted check-ups, blood tests, ECGs, TMTs, gynecological services, and eye examinations. Villagers received consultations from specialist doctors and were provided with necessary medicines. Coromandel International Limited and Rahda Foundation ensured that every individual participating in the camp received comprehensive medical assistance.

Representatives from Coromandel International Limited, including Akhil Dwivedi (Unit Head), Debabrata Manna (HR Head), Mayur Joshi (Maintenance Head), and Mahendra Ji (Finance Head), actively participated in the event. Rahda Foundation's founder Archana Singh Chaharan and her team members, including Rishita Singh Chaharan, Arya Shah, Basanti Vaishnav, Kusumlata, Dr. Alka Agarwal, Sarla Agarwal, Julie Sharma, Vibha Soni, Nisha Agarwal, Deepak Acharya, and others played a vital role in ensuring the camp's success.

The Sarpanch of Bedwas Gram Panchayat, Shankar Lal Gameti, and his team provided crucial support for organizing the camp, ensuring its smooth operation and maximizing the number of villagers benefiting from the healthcare services. Additionally, the team from AD Consultants also provided technical assistance to effectively manage the camp.

This health camp was a significant step towards fulfilling the Rajasthan government's goal of "Strengthening the health infrastructure to every village and hamlet." Rahda Foundation and Coromandel International Limited have committed to spreading this message to every corner of society.

On this occasion, Udaipur District Collector Shri Namit Mehta unveiled and reviewed the Bedwas Health Camp poster and praised this initiative.

This health camp was a crucial step in delivering healthcare services to rural areas. Bedwas Gram Panchayat, Coromandel International Limited, and Rahda Foundation reiterated their commitment to prioritizing health and pledged to continue such initiatives in the future.
