Weekly Review Meeting at the Collectorate

Udaipur: On Tuesday, District Collector Namit Mehta held a weekly review meeting with district-level officials from various departments related to public services at the mini auditorium of the district collectorate complex. During the meeting, he reviewed the pending cases on the Sampark portal by department and gave necessary instructions for their quick and quality resolution. He emphasized that the state government aims to provide maximum relief to the public through the Sampark portal. Therefore, all officials must ensure satisfactory resolution of complaints received on the portal, while being sensitive to the issues raised.

**Prepare Action Plan to Improve Ranking in Cleanliness Survey**

While reviewing the progress of the programs run by the Municipal Corporation, he directed officials to prepare a detailed action plan for improving Udaipur’s ranking in the upcoming cleanliness survey. He also inquired about the pending cases related to the online services provided by the Municipal Corporation and discussed the progress of the Annapurna Kitchen Scheme and the Urban Employment Guarantee Scheme, issuing necessary instructions.

**Raise Awareness about the PM Surya Grah Yojana**

In a review of the progress of schemes related to AVVNL, he urged officials to raise awareness about the Prime Minister’s Solar Home Scheme (PM Surya Grah Yojana) so that more people can benefit from it. He pointed out that this scheme could provide significant relief to the public in their electricity bills. He also inquired about the progress of issuing agricultural connections in the district. During the review of the Public Health Engineering Department (PHED), he instructed officials to ensure that there would be no disruption in the drinking water supply during the upcoming summer season.

Additionally, he reviewed the progress of various departments’ budget announcements and directed them to expedite the completion of ongoing projects.

The meeting was attended by ADM Administration Deependra Singh Rathore, District Council CEO Riya Dabi, Municipal Corporation Commissioner Ramprakash, UDA Commissioner Rahul Jain, Girwa SDM Sonika Kumari, Trainee IAS officers Madhav Bhardwaj, Shubham Ashok, UDA Secretary Hemendra Nagar, along with district-level officials from various departments such as Health & Medical, Treasury Office, Social Justice and Empowerment, Food and Civil Supplies, and Women and Child Welfare.
