Udaipur to Host Sanskrit Festival After Five Years

Udaipur, December 25. The Sanskrit Bharati Chittorgarh region will organize a residential language awareness camp from December 29 to January 5 at Alok School, Fatehpura, Udaipur. Approximately 250 students, including 70 girls, from 12 districts and 6 units of the Chittorgarh region will participate in this regional-level camp. After five years, this camp aims to create an atmosphere enriched with Sanskrit teachings. The participants will learn Sanskrit through play, along with practicing grammar, chanting of hymns, yoga, and language games. The camp's objective is to make Sanskrit both interesting and useful, so students can easily acquire knowledge of the language.
Organizers mentioned that the camp consists of three levels: the departmental level, which is the foundation for initial entry; the regional level, which is for students who have completed the first level or are proficient in conversation; and the state-level training camp, which is for students who have completed both the first and second levels. Sanskrit Bharati has been active in promoting Sanskrit for the last 43 years, working in all states of India and 26 countries worldwide.
