Ayushman Aarogya Camps to be Held from December 15  

Udaipur: As per the state government's instructions, Ayushman Aarogya Camps will be organized at various Panchayat headquarters, PHCs, and CHCs across every district of the state. The camps will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma on December 15. In this regard, a meeting was held at the Mini Auditorium of the District Collectorate on Tuesday under the chairmanship of ADM Administration, Deependra Singh Rathore, to discuss the implementation of the camps in Udaipur district. 

During the meeting, ADM Rathore emphasized that there should be a sufficient stock of medicines in the camps, and e-Mitra services should be available at the camps for on-the-spot resolution of any online documentation issues for the public. He also stressed the importance of widespread publicity for the camps to ensure maximum participation and benefit for the general public.

**Pre-Camp Activities and Instructions**
The meeting also discussed the instructions received from the state government regarding pre-camp activities. ADM Rathore directed that teams be formed in the respective areas to conduct fever surveys, carry out source reduction, anti-larval and anti-adult activities, and IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) activities. Additionally, the teams should raise awareness among the public about vector-borne diseases. He also emphasized that serious fever cases identified during the survey should be treated by specialists.

**Services Available at the Camps**
From December 15, the Ayushman Aarogya Camps in the district will offer various services, including:
- Prenatal checkups for pregnant women
- Screening and treatment for all types of communicable and non-communicable diseases
- Blood sugar, blood pressure, and screening for three common cancers for individuals aged 30 and above
- Eye exams to detect weak vision and cataracts, along with distribution of glasses and referral for cataract surgery if needed
- Testing for TB with Sputum for AFB, and if necessary, chest X-rays at nearby institutions
- Other essential health services, with follow-up camps being organized as well.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Vipin Mathur, Principal of RNT Medical College, Dr. Shankar Bamaniya, CMHO, Dr. Ragini Agarwal, Additional CMHO, Dr. Ankit Jain, Deputy CMHO, Dr. Ashok Aditya, RCHO, and other BCMHOs and medical officers from the district.
